Instructions on how and where to send your package: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
To return your product, please get in touch with email@example.com where you will receive a mailing address. Any returned items must be returned in original packaging/ state.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. In rare cases where the item has been damaged in transit shipping costs or a portion of these costs may be recovered from the carrier.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, e.g. custom commissioned products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
