Our refund and returns policy is a 14 day one, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@rebeccafindlay.com If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on where to send your package (please see Shipping Returns). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If 14  days have passed since you received your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we also require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This may take some time to process ( see Late or Missing Refunds ).


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Late or missing refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and make it right.

Shipping Returns

Instructions on how and where to send your package: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
To return your product, please get in touch with hello@rebeccafindlay.com where you will receive a mailing address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, e.g. custom commissioned products.  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
